My firm was founded in 2004 after I left my position as an Associate Magistrate Judge of Forsyth County to return to private practice. As a sole practitioner, I can give each client the individual attention that you have come to expect and deserve. I have a varied background encompassing 32 years of legal practice – 21 years in Forysth, Georgia and the last 11 years in Cumming, Georgia. I have served not only as a Magistrate Judge, but also as a pro hac vice State Court Judge and occasional Juvenile Court Judge.

My background enables me to send you to the right place if for some reason I can’t help you meet your needs. I meet with clients on a consulting basis or on a retained basis for litigation matters. I look forward to meeting with you to discuss your situation and needs.
